Sierra Alef-Defoe is passionate about finding a cure for brain cancer, working with Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure to advance cutting-edge research. She is a founder of the Pink Polka Dots Guild, which raises money for pediatric brain cancer research at Seattle Children's Hospital. Now a student at the University of California Berkeley, she was the grand prize winner of the Teen Impact contest on the Huffington Post in 2012.
