She is a serial entrepreneur having also founded Awaken Group, a multi-disciplinary Transformation Design (TD) firm that integrates strategy, leadership and innovation to catalyze change. With her background from McKinsey & Company, Harvard Business School and as a nominated Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, So-Young has 20 years of experience advising and developing leaders globally. So-Young is a highly sought out speaker globally across US, Asia, Europe, Australia, Middle East and Africa on multiple topics across Transformation Design, Innovation, Leadership, Culture, Strategy, Education, Ed/HR Tech and Entrepreneurship. Author of "Inside Out", So-Young speaks to audiences that include leaders from multi-national corporations, governments, educational institutions, and social impact organizations. She believes in giving back having founded The Young Professionals’ Group (YPG) in 2000, a nonprofit in 5 countries dedicated to helping students achieve their professional dreams. So-Young is a Korean-American based out of both the US and Singapore.
