Sammi Silber is an editor-at-large with the Huffington Post and a hockey journalist. She serves as the editor-in-chief of Oil on Whyte and as a Capitals beat reporter for The Hockey Writers. In addition to that, she is a staff writer at the Nation Network, covering the Toronto Maple Leafs and Winnipeg Jets. Silber also contributes for USA TODAY College, has written four books and recently worked on graphics for the film, The California Golden Seals movie. A proud supporter of the You Can Play Project, Sammi is currently working to combine journalism and involvement in organizations and charities. She also studies journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park.
