Sothy Eng, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dr. Eng's research interest includes sustainable food system, the role of social network in promoting healthy families and resilient communities, program development and evaluation, social capital, remarried families, and gender-based violence.
