Spencer Knapp is an early career professional in technology. He has spent the last six years working for Fortune 100 technology companies, helping clients adopt emerging technologies such as Cloud, IoT, and Cognitive Computing. He currently works for IBM Cloud, where he specializes in IaaS and PaaS platforms. While attending the One Young World conference in 2013, he became interested in helping organizations utilize emerging technologies to better society - be it in nonprofits, NGOs, or social enterprises. He is passionate about helping established organizations better understand how to attract, develop, and retain Millennial employees. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
