Originally from Houston, Texas, Stacey Tavor Merwin has been living in Manhattan since 2006. After obtaining her bachelor of music eegree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign she moved to NYC to get a master of music degree at New York University. Since graduation Stacey has been seen in regional and local theatre, and recently made her solo debut at The Metropolitan Room in the Flatiron District. When not singing, Stacey loves to cook, exercise, chill with her husband and pup, and shop for killer footwear. This is her first published article.
