Stephanie Armstrong is the founder of Heart of Leadership, a San Diego-based non-profit that supports teen girls and women as they navigate the pressures of achievement. She has conducted motivational assemblies on body image, self-esteem, and making a difference in middle schools and high schools throughout the US and Canada. In 2013, she earned a Masters in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Stephanie grew up in Atherton, California where she attended a local prep school and was a nationally ranked swimmer. Her writing and work focus on supporting today’s high-achieving girls.
