Steve Seifert is executive director of the University of Denver’s Newman Center for the Performing Arts, home to nearly 500 annual public events serving over 125,000 audience members. He founded the Newman Center Presents series which has presented 122 performances through nine seasons, over half of which were Denver premieres by those artists, including nine works of music and dance commissioned or co-commissioned by the Newman Center.
