Author, 'Leading The Life You Want', 'Baby Bust' and 'Total Leadership'
Since 1984 Stew has been at The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. In 1991 he founded Wharton’s Leadership Program and its Work/Life Integration Project. On leave in the late ‘90s, he was Ford’s senior executive for global leadership development.
His recent books include Baby Bust: New Choices for Men and Women in Work and Family and the award-winning Total Leadership, which describes his course in which people complete real-world experiments that increase their leadership capacity and their performance at work, at home, in the community, and in their private lives. A popular speaker and teacher, Stew has advised many organizations, including the U.N. and two White House administrations. His team works with companies to sustainably improve performance in all parts of life.
