Sue Gober is a Professor and the Director of Professional Laboratory Experiences for the School of Education, University of Mobile.

She is a former kindergarten teacher and now college professor who sends teachers-in-training into the nation’s public and private schools every day. She is passionate about the need to prepare the next generation of teachers for the ever-changing challenges they will face in the classroom. She is just as passionate about the need for students to be taught by educators who are creative thinkers and make learning come alive.

Gober, who has an Ed.D. from the University of Houston, is the author of “Six Simple Ways to Assess Young Children,” a guidebook for educators filled with practical ways to tie assessment to accountability in teaching children.
