Susan Greene worked as a longtime columnist and reporter at The Denver Post. She covered city, state and national politics for the paper and was part of an investigative project, "Trashing the Truth," that exposed the widespread destruction of DNA evidence. Prior to moving to Denver in 1998, she wrote about politics, water and Area 51 for the Las Vegas Review Journal. She started her newspaper career in California where, among other stories, she covered a man who killed, grilled and ate his neighbor's dog. She also has worked at magazines in Washington and New York.
Greene currently is working on an investigative series on the criminal justice system.
