Susan Patton is a native New Yorker and of the first classes of women to graduate from Princeton University with her A.B. Art & Archaeology in 1977. Her career began in advertising and moved from agency to corporate marketing as Director of National Retail Accounts for Citicorp Diners Club. She transitioned from credit card marketing to executive search in 1985 as Director of Executive Recruitment with the Private Bank of Bankers Trust Company, and later became Director of Executive Recruitment for Arthur Andersen in New York. In 1996 she started a human resource consultancy, specializing in consumer media, marketing and management and executive coaching. She is the proud mother of two sons who are both Princetonians, is divorced, lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and hopes to someday have a radio talk show.
