I am a married mother of four adult children. Professionally I have been working as a therapist for over 16 years. I am now working as a coach moving into corporate sector. I am passionate about bringing change, and so I am an ambassador for the British charity Restored, which is working towards ending violence against women. I am also a speaker, tackling the issues of domestic abuse and pornography. I am part of the Recovery Group in the UK challenging issues around addiction and bringing change through a 12 step programme. I am writer with two published books.
