Suzi Tobias

Suzi Tobias is a producer, writer, and graphic artist that sees filmmaking as a medium that allows her to utilize her analytical, creative, and visual talents. Her approach to documentary film comes from a genuine interest in learning about people, what they do, where they live, and bringing those stories to a much larger audience.
Tobias has worked on numerous projects for PBS NOVA, including the Emmy winning documentary, Manhunt: Boston Bombers. She has also worked on several magazine-like pieces on science and technology for the PBS NewsHour.
Tobias has a degree in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2014 she completed the graduate filmmaking program at The George Washington University Institute for Documentary Filmmaking. She currently resides in Bethesda MD.
