Sylia Obagi

Sylia Obagi serves as the Director of Operations for the The Annenberg Foundation, one of the largest family foundations in the United States. In her role as Director of Operations, Sylia's portfolio of responsibilities includes overseeing the Foundation's Los Angeles program staff and strategic grantmaking, capacity building initiatives, finance, information technology, operations and business administration, human resources and the Annenberg Space for Photography. Sylia was a principle architect of the Foundation's Vision+ approach to its community grantmaking focusing on the identification of exceptionally-led nonprofit organizations, as well as its newest capacity building initiative Annenberg Alchemy, a collaborative model of training services focusing on the development of both staff and volunteer leaders in the Los Angeles nonprofit sector.
