Tanis Miller

Tanis Miller is an award-winning writer, humorist and speaker. After finding success and accolades authoring her blog Attack of the Redneck Mommy, Tanis blew it all up so she could start fresh, spreading her brand of humor and honesty on Tanis Miller, proving only that you can take the writer out of Redneck Mommy but you can’t take the redneck out of the writer. Her work has been featured on CNN, CBC, CBC News Network, and in a variety of North American newspapers and magazines. In her spare time, Tanis is on the board of directors for Violence Unsilenced and is a passionate advocate for the rights of special needs families.

Tanis lives in rural Canada with her three kids, an often-absent husband and a very slobbery dog. She has a soft spot for accordion music and wishes square dancing was an Olympic sport.
