Tara Neuwirth holds a B.A. from Stanford University and M.A. and M.Phil degrees from Yale University. She has 25 years experience as an international educator. She has studied literature of Soviet writers oppressed under Stalin, and founded and directed American acculturation programs for international refugees fleeing authoritarian and totalitarian regimes around the world.
She has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
