Teresa Dobbins

Extreme-budget world traveler, Mom, writer, International House Sitter, New Englander

Teresa currently lives on the Coast of New England, where she indulges in cozying up during the winter months binge watching movies and sipping strong coffee. She telecommutes from home as an editor for a Boston area company.

Her hobbies include extreme budget traveling, surprising people with handwritten letters, movies, and finishing her novel for publication.

When Teresa is not listening for signs the squirrel she has attempted to coax out of her attic endless times has returned yet again, she satisfies her wanderlust by traveling on a shoestring budget. She has discovered the world of housesitting and caretaking and often you will find her and sometimes her teenage daughter going to all ends of the globe -- Alaska, the jungles of Belize, or the the Coast of Ireland to name a few. She recently returned from walking the 500-mile Camino de Santiago from the French Prynees to the West Coast of Spain, and only by a stroke of pure luck is alive to tell her tale.

Teresa will be plotting and writing about her next adventure as an empty nester somewhere in warmer climates.

She can be reached at SquirrelinmyAttic@gmail.com.
