Prior to launching BrickUnderground from her Upper West Side co-op in 2009, Teri covered residential real estate extensively as a contributor to The New York Times real estate section. The longtime Manhattan resident, five-time renter and first-time co-op owner is frequently sought out as an expert on New York City real estate trends and apartment-dwelling issues by publications including The New York Times, The Daily News, New York Magazine, and amNY, and on news broadcasts including the NBC Nightly News, Fox 5, and NY1. She holds a law degree and a B.A. in journalism from New York University.
