Teri McCowan is in management at a national insurance company headquartered in Michigan. She is dedicated walker and also writes a blog on her website chickchainwalkingclub.com. Teri created the website after she began walking as a way to alleviate stress rising from a divorce. Soon she was walking with friends. When they all decided to participate in races, the website was born, providing a venue for posting locations and schedules.
