Terri Wein is Co-Founder of Jobtreks, the job seeker’s state-of-the-art personal platform for career exploration, job search and networking. The Jobtreks “CRM” (think Salesforce.com for job search) is an effective way for college, MBA, and graduate school career offices to help their students explore potential careers and find jobs. Jobtreks was launched in 2015 by Weil & Wein, a global career advisory firm that has advised over 4,000 job seekers and provides services to leading undergraduate and MBA schools, individual professionals, and students worldwide. Terri, along with her business partner, Susan Weil, launched Weil & Wein in 2007 and has built it into a premiere career advisory firm, helping job seekers across industry sectors. Services include: career and job search advisory, executive coaching, leadership and professional development, interview preparation, resume writing and offer negotiation. Terri and Susan developed Jobtreks in direct response to market demand from job seekers and career offices nationwide. Jobtreks is a platform that helps job seekers launch and manage their job search. Jobtreks is currently licensed to leading MBA and undergraduate schools for their students, including 4 of the 5 top ranked U.S. MBA schools, as well as to individual job seekers worldwide. Previously, Terri spent her career on Wall Street in investment banking and sales and trading at Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, and Smith Barney, where she was named Managing Director and Head of Mortgage Derivatives Trading. Terri was responsible for the trading and marketing of derivative securities, as well as the management of a trading desk. She was a frequent speaker and is a published author on the subject of derivative products. Terri received her MBA and BSE from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
