Terrie facilitates women's leadership programs around the world. She teaches women's leadership skills that integrate the best of both feminine and masculine approaches to leading since both are necessary to move action forward consistent with what matters most. Terrie is a senior executive coach and adviser to leaders and teams worldwide and elicits the very best and greatest potentials from others. Combining her passions for business and people, she uses innovative change processes to help individuals and teams improve the results they get without sacrificing well-being. She facilitates leadership programs for executives, NGOs, and socially conscious start-ups. As a former executive, Terrie’s career has spanned 25+ years in various management and leadership positions, in both the private and public sectors. In the profession of coaching, Terrie is a pioneer in the field and presently teaches executive coaching at the University of Miami and internationally in Asia and Europe. Terrie is part of the coaching teams for the TED Fellows Program and the Sundance Women-In-Film Coaching Initiative. She is also a regular blogger for the Huffington Post and Open For Business.
