Tina Al-khersan is a student at the University of Michigan currently pursuing a BA in International Studies and AAPTIS.
Born in New Zealand, but originally from Iraq, she moved to the United States at the age of three.
Her interests include foreign policy, refugee rights, and health disparities. In the future, Tina plans to expand upon her interests by directly working with refugees in the resettlement process or by creating public health programs for refugees. Ultimately, she wishes to enhance foreign policy surrounding refugee rights.
She is also an avid lover of cats and enjoys reading in her spare time.
