Tina Freiburger is associate professor and chair of the Criminal Justice Department at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her primary research areas are juvenile justice, gender and racial disparities in sentencing, criminological theory, and disparities in juvenile court processing. She received her Ph.D. in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her M.A. from Sam Houston State University.
