Tina Lifford

Actress and Founder of The Inner Fitness Project

Actress Tina Lifford has been a working actress for 20 years, starring opposite icons such as Clint Eastwood, Bruce Willis and Jennifer Lopez. Currently she is the CIA Director on Scandal, and has a recurring role on Minority Report. She was Crosby's mother-in-law for five seasons on Parenthood, and played Mama Haze in The Temptations. As an Inner Fitness Trainer she teaches strategies for letting go of fear, hurt and disappointment that actively cause stress and unhappiness. The drug-overdose death of her only brother birthed in her a mission to identify core practices for what she now terms "inner fitness" - inner health and well-being. She has been working with clients for the past 20 years. She is the author of The Little Book of BIG LIES, and playwright of The Circle - a critically acclaimed play about seven diverse women navigating through their personal challenges together. Lifford has completed the Master's Program in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica and is a CTI-trained life coach. She hikes her three dogs—Runner, Snoop, and Chuck—almost daily in the canyon behind her home. She lives a simple, satisfying, love-filled life.
