Tino is a Managing Director of the America’s Homeowner Alliance, representing America's 75 million existing and millions more aspiring homeowners (www.MYAHA.com). He is uniquely qualified for this role, having served the homeownership industry for more than 30 years in a variety of capacities with a focus on fair and responsible lending practices and consumer protection. His background includes the CEO position of Americana Federal Savings and Loan, AIB Mortgage Company, Vertex Mortgage Bankers, and CharisPros-USA Management Services. Tino also has the distinction of having served as National Chairman and President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and was the architect of the NAHREP Code of Trust -- “En Confianza.” He also served as a Member of the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
