Chef Brian leads the creative development as well as testing and deployment of new menu items drawing cultural influences from around the world. He and his team also assure that CPK favorites, like hand-tossed pizza, are perfectly prepared in hearth-baked ovens. Brian Sullivan began his career in restaurants across Los Angeles, New Orleans and Las Vegas, further honing his culinary talents abroad and at the Culinary Institute of America. A member of the International Corporate Chefs Association, Brian received the 2006 Menu Master Award for his Thai Crunch Salad.
