Todd has been involved in the Web design and publishing industry since the earliest days of the Web in 1996. In 2006, he co-founded Four Kitchens, a Web design and development consultancy firm that builds big websites using open-source software and agile methodologies.
Todd often serves as a mentor for other companies within the Web industry, especially within the world of open source, where he is an active member of several open-source communities. He has spoken at more than 40 conferences around the world on topics ranging from new technology trends to improving business processes. Todd holds degrees in psychology and media studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
