Tola Moeun is the Head of Labor Program at Community Legal Education Center (CLEC), http://www.clec.org.kh/. Tola was born in 1972 to a farmer family. His father was killed in the Pol Pot era. Tola became a human rights activist in 2003, with a particular focus in the labor movement.
