Tom Allison

Tom is the Policy and Research Manager at Young Invincibles, producing a variety of reports, issue briefs, and fact sheets. He also develops creative ways to tell young peoples’ stories through policy analysis.

Tom cut his teeth in research at Media Matters for America, publishing over three hundred reports and columns fact checking misinformation in the media. He also has experience designing and implementing fundraising and development plans, helping raise tens of millions of dollars for nonprofits. Tom most recently worked at Bullfight Strategies, a strategic communications firm, where he implemented metric analysis and data visualization to improve his clients’ political and policy profile. Tom received a B.A. from the University of Mary Washington and will soon earn a Masters in Public Policy from the George Washington University.

A native of rural Orange County, VA, Tom can be found piddling in the garden on his days off.
