Tom O'Bryan

Tom is a Kennedy Scholar at Harvard University's School of Government, Junior Fellow of the International Studies Association, and a U.S. State Department Young Leader U.K.

Tom O'Bryan is a UK Kennedy Scholar at Harvard University's School of Government, representing 'Britain's living memorial to President John F. Kennedy.' Tom is an expert in conflict zone transformation, human rights monitoring and stabilization strategy, and has worked in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Western Sahara and Tunisia as a policy advisor to a range of governments and nonprofits.

As a Junior Fellow of the International Studies Association and UK Houses of Parliament Research Scholar, Tom has published a number of studies and reports on human rights and conflict zone transformation in Africa and the Middle East.
