Tom Spiggle

Founder, The Spiggle Law Firm

Tom Spiggle is founder of the Spiggle Law Firm with offices in Arlington, Va., Nashville, Tenn., and Washington, D.C., where he focuses on workplace law helping clients facing discrimination due to pregnancy or other family care issues, such as caring for a sick child or elderly parent. He has tried over twenty cases to verdict, including a civil rights case victory that resulted in a six-figure punitive damages award against the defendant. He has also obtained significant settlements for clients without ever having to set foot in a courthouse. Spiggle received his undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with honors from Georgetown University Law School. Before founding the Spiggle Law Firm, he served as a legislative assistant to Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey in the U.S. House of Representatives and was an Assistant United States Attorney.
