Tom Z. Collina is Director of Policy at Ploughshares Fund, a global security foundation. He has over 25 years of experience in nuclear weapons policy, missile defense and nonproliferation issues. Previously, he was Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Institute for Science and International Security and the Director of the Global Security Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. Tom has a degree in International Relations from Cornell University.
