Tricia Callender, Ph.D is a sociologist that writes about whatever tickles her fancy at the time. Which could be anything, really. Right now, what interests her is international development, tennis, professional wrestling and politics. Weird, but true. Tricia has traveled and/or worked in over 30 countries including living in South Africa for 4 years working on refugee rights and protection policy for among other organizations, the United Nations. She’s back living in her hometown of NYC and complains bitterly about the cost of living there to anyone with the gift of hearing. Tricia is a graduate of Columbia University with a Ph.D in Sociology. She’s currently working on a book about—you guessed it—professional wrestling due out in 2018.
