Bernard Rowan (Ph.D.) is Associate Provost, Contract Administration, and Professor of Political Science at Chicago State University. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University, Rowan received his M.A. from the University of York (U.K.) and a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. He was a Rotary International Scholar, a Korea Foundation Fellow and Visiting Professor at Hanyang University (Seoul).
