Tyler McCann started in Scouting at age 8 with the cub scouts and progressed through Boy Scout Troop 24, becoming a Senior Patrol Leader and an Eagle Scout. He spent 7 summers working at Ockanickon Scout Reservation, a significant amount of that time as the director of the Scoutcraft Department. He has two young sons and lives with his family in Arvada, Colorado.
