Uriel Casas

Uriel Casas has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is also an accomplished martial artist. He has been training in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past 12 years. He is currently a BJJ instructor with the fame Yamasaki Academy. He teaches in Gaithersburg MD, out of the American Tae Kwon Do Academy.

Uriel holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. As well as a Bachelor’s of Science from UMD. He graduated from Quince Orchard High School, were currently volunteers with the booster club.

Uriel is also heavily involved in volunteering with his church’s youth group. He offers free women’s self defense seminars in his community on a monthly basis. Uriel is passionate about empowering others and helping people pursue their goals and dreams.
