She is a member of EY’s Global Executive Board, responsible for global strategy and analysis, middle market revenue, digital tools and business development. She leads EY’s D&I programs advocating women’s issues internally and externally. A member of the World Economic Forum’s Agenda for the Future of Government, an advisory board member of the Global Women in Parliament Forum, and named by LinkedIn as a top 10 global voice on management and culture. Uschi had a highly successful career as CEO of Australian government agencies before joining EY in 2008. Based in New York, she is originally from Germany.
