ICF Ireland Career Coach 2016 - Clarence Consulting

They say everyone should have at least three careers in their life - well I've lost count of how many I've had over the years. The experience of over 25 years working in the Private and Public Sector as a Banker, an Entertainer, a HR Professional to name but a few, has given me a unique perspective and attitude to how I work and influence others. I founded my own company, Clarence Consulting, in January 2014. I want to "make a difference" through my Training, Coaching and HR consultancy. I am a Human Resource Management graduate of the University of Limerick and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD) since 2002. I strongly value education and life long learning and I qualified as a QFA in 2014 (Qualified Financial Advisor) and hold a Diploma in Professional Financial Advice from UCD. As a Professional Coach, I provide a space for you to gain Clarity, Awareness, Lightening of your issues and Movement (C.A.L.M). Coaching is a wonderful tool which creates space from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It encourages us to look within ourselves and discover that we are all resourceful, creative and whole. We can find the answers to our problems and our difficulties within ourselves. The entertainer in me loves being in front of a crowd, and it is probably why I love Training and Facilitating. I bring an innovative and engaging approach to all my training programmes.
