He has written several books on design and advertising, and served as a longtime contributing writer at both The New York Times and Wired magazine. He is currently the editor of the blog GlimmerSite.com, which curates stories about how design is solving real-world problems. The site also provides insights on how “design thinking” can be understood and used by anyone.
