Warren Bobrow

Warren Bobrow is the celebrated author of Apothecary Cocktails, Whiskey Cocktails, Bitters and Shrub Syrup Cocktails and his current release- Cannabis Cocktails. His forthcoming book, The Craft Cocktail Compendium will be published in May of 2017. Warren has a degree in Communications from Emerson College. He worked in NYC for a short time as a television engineer at WNET-13 and WPIX-11. Raised on his family's gentleman's farm in NJ- always a scratch trained cook at heart, Warren has attended Johnson/Wales having started in the restaurant biz as a pot-scrubber, graduating to a dishwasher, then up the line to cook and finally to executive chef. His former company, Olde Charleston Pasta located in Charleston, SC failed soon after Hurricane Hugo in 1989. Warren spent twenty years as an executive assistant working in both private banking and eBusiness, not fulfilling his dream of being someone, anyone else than a secretary. Now, after 55 years he has finally become a 5x Author, the Mezan Rum Nat'l brand ambassador, he taught a master class at the Moscow Bar Show. Warren was a Spirited Award Nominee- for Tales of the Cocktail, he appeared in the Saveur 100, and why yes, he wrote Cannabis Cocktails and is a High Times Cannabis Cup judge and... has not taken a day off since he lost his corporate job in 2009, nor has he worked a day.
