Executive Director, Lost Boys Rebuilding Southern Sudan
Wendi Dwyer currently lives in Geneva, Ill. She has four children, Tyler, Teigan, Riley and Grace. The Dwyer family has been welcoming South Sudanese refugees into their home since 2005.
Wendi serves as the executive director of the 501(c)(3) organization, Lost Boys Rebuilding South Sudan. She travels throughout South Sudan. Wendi and the Lost Boys of LBRSS have presented at over 80 high schools, universities, as well as religious and civic organizations. These events raise support for initiatives led by LBRSS such as the Literacy At the Well program and the Malualkon Community Learning Center. To learn more visit RebuildingSouthSudan.org.
