Wendy Schultz-Henry focuses her management experience in leading global teams in the international development sector. In 1984, she started working with innovative and global organizations as a member of the Digital Equipment Corporation Systems Research Center team responsible for development of the then state of the art super mini computer.
Late in 1991 she began working in the Venture Capital niche sector of turnaround management where she honed her skills in a volatile IPO market. She was recruited to join InSTEDD in 2006. In 2010 she was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Outside of her passion for her work at InSTEDD, Wendy spends her time raising her two daughters to be global citizens and future changemakers.
