Dr. Wylecia Wiggs Harris is the Chief Executive Officer of the League of Women Voters of the United States and the League of Women Voters Education Fund. She joined the organization in September 2015. Prior to the League. she served as the Chief Operating Officer at the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the American Nurses Foundation (ANF). Dr. Harris holds a PhD in organizational development from Capella University; an honorary doctor of humane letters degree from Wittenberg University; a master of management degree from Northwestern University; and a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University. She is an ASAE-certified executive director and certified facilitator for leadership assessments through the Center for Creative Leadership.
