Chief Counsel and Voter Protection Director, Democratic National Committee

Will Crossley is the Democratic National Committee’s Chief Counsel and Voter Protection Director, where he oversees the Democratic Party's national voting rights and voter protection programs. His current work includes coordinating a national network of attorneys and providing advice and counsel to national party officers and state parties on election administration, redistricting and voting rights matters.

Prior to joining the DNC, Will was a senior litigation attorney at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr. Earlier in his legal career, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Damon J. Keith and to the Honorable Julian Abele Cook, Jr. Will holds a BA in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago, an M.Ed. from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He has been involved in politics, political campaigns and public policy matters for nearly 20 years.
