She was born and raised in Greece. She graduated with a bachelors in Biology from Drew University, and a Masters in Clinical nutrition from New York University . She used her extensive knowledge of food and passion for cooking to open several successful foodservice operations. Her latest project is a restaurant in Fort Lauderdale , Florida. She contributes often on radio shows and magazine articles , sharing recipes and advice for healthy living.
