Varda Epstein is passionate about her Jewish faith, Israel, genealogy, music, writing, parenting, and food. An expatriate third-generation born Pittsburgher, Varda has lived in Israel for more than three decades while growing her family of 12 children and (thus far) 11 grandchildren (girls are ahead!). Varda maintains the educational blog for parents at Kars4Kids, a nonprofit car donation program funding educational initiatives for children.
