Yvette A. Núñez is a freelance writer who has worked in nonprofit and government communications for over 15 years. She is passionate about the Latino community, civic engagement and communications. When those three merge, she is in her zone.

A graduate from Temple University with a degree in Journalism, Yvette has been published in The Huffington Post, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Philadelphia Tribune’s Sojourner Magazine, and Al Dia Newspaper.

She has been recognized as one of the Delaware Valley’s Most Influential Latinos Under 40, and was the first person of color to preside over the Philadelphia Public Relations Association.

Originally from Newark, NJ, she now lives and works in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her fiancée and four children: William, Olivia, Cruz and Noah.
