Economics researcher, effective altruist, animal advocate

Zach is a Senior Research Analyst at Northwestern University's Global Poverty Research Lab. Zach has a passion for using data to figure out how to improve the world. Zach also served as a Research Analyst for economist Dean Karlan at Innovations for Poverty Action, a leading nonprofit that uses rigorous randomized evaluations to investigate solutions to global poverty. He is a 2013 graduate of Yale University, where he received the Wrexham Prize for the best senior research in the social sciences. He currently lives in Oakland, California.
