Zach Iscol is the CEO and Founder of Hirepurpose and Task & Purpose. Hirepurpose connects military veterans and transitioning service members with jobs at over 100 Fortune 1000 companies and helps them make smarter choices about where to live, what to study, and what careers to pursue. Task & Purpose, a digital news, culture, and lifestyle site, is the fastest growing online destination for the military audience. Zach also serves as the the Executive Director of the Headstrong Project, a non-profit affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical Center that provides cost-free and bureaucracy-free mental health care treatment to Iraq and Afghanistan veterans with PTSD and TBI.

A combat decorated former Marine officer, Zach fought in the second battle of Fallujah and helped build many of the components within US Marine Corps Forces- Special Operations Command and also served as the first officer in charge of Recruiting, Screening, Assessment, and Selection (RSAS).

Zach was a member of the 2013 Team USA for USA Triathlon and competed in the ITU Wold Championships in London 2013. He holds a fellowship with the Truman National Security Project and serves on the Boards of Directors for the International Refugee Assistance Project and Arts in the Armed Forces, and on the Board of Advisors for the Center for a New American Security.
